A Miami builder is set to unveil the second of three developments bringing more than 700 single-family homes for entry-level buyers to Tamarac.
13th Floor Homes will break ground and launch sales April 13 at Manor Parc off Commercial Boulevard and Florida’s Turnpike, along Northwest 49th Avenue. It’ll feature 239 homes priced from about $279,000 to $337,000.
The development is just south of Central Parc, a 253-home project that sold out this spring after less than two years. Prices there also ranged from the $270,000s to the $330,000s.
Later this year or early next, 13th Floor will start sales at Hidden Trails, a 214-home
