13th Floor Homes has completed Solera at Avalon Trails, its 55-plus rental community in Delray Beach, with 50% of the 74 single-story villas already leased. Solera comes as demand for premium rental housing among the active-adult community grows in South Florida.
The villas include two- and three-bedroom floor plans measuring between 1,300 to 1,450 square feet. Amenities include quartz countertops, shaker-style wood cabinetry, energy efficient stainless-steel appliances, spacious primary suites and impact-resistant windows and doors.
Community amenities include a clubhouse with a fitness center, card rooms, café and theater, as well as a resort-style pool, lap pool, pickleball and tennis courts and an activities coordinator. Rents range from $3,400 to $4,000 per month.
