13th Floor acquired Enclave at Blackpoint Marina in June 2009. Enclave at Blackpoint Marina consisted of 47 partially-completed homes and 193 partially-developed homesites in southern Miami-Dade County, Florida. 13th Floor completed construction on the partially-completed homes, selling them at retail, and sold the homesites to an active South Miami-Dade builder through staged takedowns finalizing in April 2010. 13th Floor also acquired and resold the CDD bonds that partially funded this community.
