Acquisition of an 18-acre site in the Central Park master planned community in Port St. Lucie, Florida. The community will include 220 highly desirable 3- and 4-bedroom townhomes, which 13^th Floor will operate as rentals. Construction is currently underway, with first deliveries anticipated in summer 2024.
