Michael Nunziata

Michael Nunziata is the President of 13^th Floor Homes, the homebuilding and community development division of 13^th Floor Investments.  He is responsible for leading the homebuilding division through full cycle of development, from initial project acquisition and planning through development, construction, and sale.

Mr. Nunziata joined 13^th Floor in 2009 and brings more than 19 years of direct experience in the real estate investment and development industry.  Mr. Nunziata started his career with SunTrust Bank as a portfolio manager in the commercial real estate finance group, where he worked on financings of real estate development projects throughout the Southeastern US.  He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, National Association of Homebuilders, and a past president and active board member of Gold Coast Builder’s Association.  Mr.  Nunziata holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of Florida and a M.S. in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
